Delivery

Gypstal Bloom is pleased to offer Free Delivery service for orders above $80.

We are happy to deliver island-wide, except for the following locations:

  • Sentosa
  • Tuas
  • Penjuru
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Base
  • Airline Road

Please ensure that the recipient's name, contact number and address are correct prior to confirmation at check out.

Ordering

Cut - off timing for placing orders:

  • Order after 8pm of the day, will consider next following working days.
  • Order placed min. 2 days in advance.
  • For urgent orders, please check availability via Instagram @gypstalbloom. Additional charges may apply.

Availability of Flowers

As some flowers are subject to availability, they may be replaced with similar items of equal or greater value.

Please note that each creation is unique, and will not be fully identical due to the nature of our florals.

Rest assured that your orders will still retain the same theme as per your requests.

Cancellation & Refund

All orders are non-refundable after confirmation.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of the following scenarios, a grace period of 15 mins will be given :

  • Incorrect address given
  • Intended recipient not present

If recipient or representative is not present at delivery address during the delivery date and time, the arrangements will be left outside the unit and we will not be liable for any losses or damages to the arrangements.
